VA - The Future Can Be Shaped

We've seen some fine releases this year. And just when you thought it was over... they pulled you back in. It's high time that we gave a little shout out to Flaminia and Train's UK-based Ways To Die Records - one the most exciting industrially-inclined imprints that arose with advent of 2016.

Their ninth release up to date is a second full-scale VA title in their catalog, wherein they brought together the whole roster plus several well-established techno acts that are new to the label (e.g. 14anger and DVKA), to deliver an excruciating, 75-minute listening experience in form of 11 tracks that are nothing if not dancefloor oriented. From the very first drop till the very last second these folks give their all and prove that Ways To Die is a force to be reckoned with. You hear this, industrial technoheads? This is the sound of your downtempo-loving neighbours' skulls crushing under the pressure of The Future Can Be Shaped. Do not sleep on this one, and be sure to check out their podcast.
