Sergio Dlc aka DK/7 is an underground producer from Spain, who has been operating below the reaches of our radar... until now, when he released a spellbinding EP through Robert S' imprint trau-ma.

    Little by little, track after track, we get acquainted with his style of production - rich, detailed, energetic techno music paced at 132-134 BPM, with main attention being given to hammering, syncopated kicks that run under dense sets of noise-shaped hats which are arranged at double speed to increase sense of rapidity, unexpectedly attacking, short arrays of dry claps, trance-inducing, looped basslines, reverberated, obscure vocal samples, and spacious background ambiances.

    Usual Suspects is a strong onset and a showcase of properly applied production skills. Recommended for fans of Vegim, Manni Dee and Alhek.
